Shipping FAQs
Shopify may overcharge for shipping due to products shipping from multiple locations. We will refund any shipping overcharges. We try to check orders as they come in and make appropriate refunds ASAP. Please note that additional product fees aren't included in adjustments.
Orders placed on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 3-5 business days pending availability and credit card verification.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package in order for you to track the status of your item.
Please allow 3-7 days from the moment an order leaves our fulfillment center for standard ground shipping. Delivery time refers to business days only. Delivery estimates do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
After your order has been picked up by USPS from our facility, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrect deliveries. Anything after that point is out of our control. Please contact USPS to file a claim for any lost or missing packages.
Due to brand restrictions, Bogg Bags and Yeti are not eligible for free shipping.
Fragile items such as large bags and coolers items are subject to additional fees and are not eligible for free shipping.
We're only able to ship within the Continental U.S. No shipments will be sent to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
