Tumbler is made from durable stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation to protect the temp of your beverage at all costs. Like the entire Rambler® Drinkware Family, the 20 oz. Tumbler and MagSlider™ Lid are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. While the magnet on the included MagSlider™ Lid adds an additional barrier of protection for keeping drinks contained and preventing heat or cold from escaping, please note- this magnet component is not leakproof and will not prevent spills.

What is so special about YETI cups?

The Yeti Rambler tumbler is made with kitchen-grade stainless steel and has double-wall vacuum insulation. This allows hot drinks to stay hot and cold drinks to stay cold, and it's “MagSlider Lid” helps prevent heat or cold from escaping but won't entirely prevent spillage.

Can I put this YETI cup in the dishwasher?

Yes, all YETI rambler products are designed to be dishwasher safe.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 to 12 business days.

Can I return my online purchase at a Jake's Toggery retail store?

• You may return an online purchase at any Jake's Toggery store.
• A store staff member will assist you in completing your return.
• For store returns only:
  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full Refund or Merchandise Credit
  • After 30 days of purchase: Merchandise credit at current price
  • After 60 days of purchase: No returns or exchanges accepted.

  PLEASE NOTE: YETI and Bogg Bag are typically shipped by UPS. The UPS estimated delivery times shown at checkout are calculated from when packages are picked up from our facility by UPS, which is typically 1-3 days from time of order.

  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
