Pickup In Store FAQs

Process 
Once a buy online, pick up in store order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please do not travel to the store until you have received your READY FOR PICKUP notification. All orders require a photo ID that matches the order first and last name. Customers will be required to sign when picking up purchases to verify all items were picked up and in good condition
 
Out of stock Items 
We currently fulfill our online orders from multiple store locations. Please note that inventory on all items is subject to each store availability. In the event of an out of stock or oversold item, we will work with you on either finding a new item to replace the missing item, or a refund will be issued for the missing item(s).
 
Pick up time window 
We will hold buy online, pick up in store orders for 5 days. Any orders not picked up by the end of the 5th day will be processed as refunds to the original method of payment. 
 
Curbside Pickup 
 We want you to feel as safe as possible. If you're unable or do not feel comfortable physically entering the store, please contact your store location and speak with us about delivering to your car with curbside delivery. 
 
Someone Else Is Picking Up For Me
If you intend to have someone other than yourself pickup your BOPIS order. Please make it aware in the comment section before entering your cart. Please list the individuals full name and relation to you. The individual will be required to show I.D. at pickup.
